Simulate the interference caused by battery voltage changes in automotive electronics under different operating conditions
EA-I16 High-Speed Micro Interruption Switch (Automotive Power Fail Simulator) is designed to simulate automotive power supply failures caused by loose wiring harness pins, poor electrical contact, or intermittent connection faults. It is widely used for automotive electronic transient immunity testing and meets the requirements of VW 80000 E-10 and E-13 specifications.
The device supports selectable rise and fall times of ≤1 μs and ≤200 ns, enabling accurate simulation of fast power interruptions and transient disturbances. It complies with ISO 16750-2:2023 Clause 4.6.1.2 requirements for automotive electrical disturbance testing.
